MEET SALLY

My name is Sally Douglass...

...and I am the founder and owner of Leg UP Coaching, LLC. I am a Certified Life Mastery Consultant, and I help people design and manifest a life they LOVE living—one fully aligned with their soul’s purpose. For over eight years, I have coached clients in overcoming limiting beliefs, releasing addictions, releasing extra weight, building healthy self-esteem, accelerating results, and creating more fulfilling lives.

With 12 certifications, including Equine-Assisted Sessions, and over 40 years of personal development study, I offer unique insights into human behavior. Drawing from the principles found in many arenas, including Meta medicine and German New Medicine, I can help you identify and release major mind blocks and overcome the thinking that holds you back and keeps you in pain.

I have been published in the Horse Protection League Newsletter:

Demystifying the Profound Equine

Influence on Human Physiology.

I am currently writing a book called  The Anatomy of a Binge: From Trauma to Triumph. You can find my transformative message on podcasts and e360TV, focusing on how limiting beliefs can block your genius.

A teacher at heart, I have been at it since I was 12 years old, teaching horseback riding to the local kids in the town I grew up in and swim lessons for many years and skiing for 7 years through high school and college, I was the Madam D’hôtel at the famous Alice’s at Avaloch Inn and Restaurant in Lenox, Massachusetts, and I worked for many years as a private chef and major domo for three of Denver’s wealthiest families. I owned my own restaurant and catering company, serving both traditional fare and a gourmet macrobiotic menu. I rode horses competitively from the age of eight and well into my teen years (I still ride for pleasure). I am no stranger to hard work and success.

I am also no stranger to recovery. I admitted to and overcame bulimia and compulsive overeating eventually letting go of and never finding again over 60 pounds. Entering my seventies, I suffered a two-year setback that had me bedridden and in unidentified and severe pain. Just a few short years later, I am once again working at a desk for hours, walking up at least five hills most days and horseback riding as often as possible. My love of helping people leads me to coaching people in their own recovery and in the pursuit of their dreams and becoming all they can be.
